I am constantly trying to learn new things and practice techniques that I have not quite mastered, so I regularly attend photography classes, workshops and the like. Lighting Asylum is one of my favorite workshops. They are always fun, I frequently know many of the photogs and models who attend and I walk away with some great images and new knowledge.
